He went over all the reasons we can lose our hearing and showed diagrams to make it more understandable. He went over my new hearing aids in depth about using them and the app on my phone for them. The audiologist gave me a super examination and created the molds with great care. When the finished Widex hearing aids arrived, he tested them again. I have had many experiences with hearing firms before moving to Florida and this was the best. When one aid was failing last week, I took it to Merritt Island and it was returned this week, working perfectly, still under warranty. Fortunately, Lynette was a pro, and able to get a good vein on the first try. The facility was clean and all of the ladies were very warm and accommodating. After the first treatment, I already saw amazing improvements: the quality of her sleep improved, her nose cleared and she was no longer spitting up, and her appetite which had disappeared finally returned. After the Dr read the MRI reports, she was going to schedule me with a consultation with their Orthopedic Dr and Neurologist, but when I got up to the desk, they had called to see if my case was closed yet, and it had been, so they told me I couldn't come back for rest of my PT or see the Dr's. So beware when choosing this company. When in a accident in FL and obtain a Lawyer, your Dr's can't see you, and there's not many Drs to choose from that will see accident patients, so you don't have much of a choice. I would never recommend Complete Care to anyone. I've warned all the people in my Senior exercise class about them and how they dropped me like I was nothing. it's all about money...
