She put the wrong parts on my hearing aids and had one part on backward so that I could no longer hear out of my previously working aid. Her answer was the aid must have been broke and they could have it repaired at a cost of at least $200. I contacted my non local audiologist and she was able to fix the mistake. My audiologist further noted that my hearing aids had not even been thoroughly cleaned.
