I was having an urgent medical issue, and he made time to work me into his schedule as a first time patient to try to see if he could assist. He listened and offered great suggestions. He also connected with another specialist to see if they could also try to help and followed up with me. This was over and beyond anything I anticipated, and certainly not anything he was obligated to do. I was very grateful for the time he made to see me and the effort he put forth to try to help me feel better. It was a welcomed switch from the hurried office visits you can sometimes experience with other providers these days. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phillips and the South Lake Hearing and Tinnitus Center!

I have also tried cheap devices bought from the internet and they are a waste of money. Worse, if you get cheap ones at the beginning you might be turned off to wearing them. I can hear. I can adjust them to different room conditions . I can Bluetooth my phone to them. Good service. My only hesitation to giving five stars is that there seems to be a lot of employee turnover. so after a mildly traumatic slice and dice and cauterize the thing is gone and the stiches are out…read moreafter and a week of bacitracin and bandages and keeping it covered 23 hours a day and the whole hole thing seemed to have mended up pretty well except for occasional itchings. so I got another bit of ointment to apply under sterile dressings for a long week while everything finished... rumor has it that if I stopped poking at it and just left it be it would have healed up long before. probably going to be a little while before the skin flattens out completely but that odd little punching bag looking thing is gone and it was a fairly common sort of thing with a long name that is generally accepted as non-lethal so I guess it's yea for me and thank you Dr Wettreich and all the kind help in the practice :-) I am very pleased with my results and totally recommend coming here if you need to have your head examined.
