I felt incredibly cared for and in good hands which is not the case with most clinics. I encourage any one even with the slightest hearing loss to consider a hearing test. Without explaining why a certain device was suited for me they just started the process. I later went to another provider where it was discovered both ears were clogged with wax. My audio gram at the first place indicated ears were clear. I later bought my hearing aids at the second provider for 2K less than the first. Do your research and gets second opinion but above avoid this place unless you need shingles for your roof.

Dr. Inman was my surgeon. He has a very good bedside manner. He explained the surgery thoroughly, including the risks of it being done on an adult. He had me spend the night after the surgery at Medical Park Hospital, just in case. The surgery worked beautifully. My throat healed with no issues and I no longer have sleep apnea.

They care about your well being and have a great support system when it comes to the hearing aids. I can walk in at anytime if I am having any issues with them which is comforting to know. Their services and care all around are great. I have also seen doctors on the 1st floor for issues with throat clearing and congestion, nasal drip issues and they have helped me get it under control. I have never had any issues or felt uncomfortable with any of their services. They are quick to respond and get you into the office to address the issues. Highly recommend all of their services.

Despite working…read morethrough navigating a whole new system change over, she had a very positive attitude and was very pleasant. I did not get her name but she was wonderful! Within 3 minutes of getting to the area where I waited in my gown, I was greeted by Leah, the radiology technologist. She explained everything to me, was patient and reassuring. She understands that this process is uncomfortable and really takes care to make the patient feel comfortable. She explained that there may be a little delay in getting my results in the portal with the new change over in the system. I appreciated the thoughtfulness! Highly recommend this location!
