I show up for my 3pm appointment and sat for 15 minutes to see if the audiologist behind the desk would call me up after speaking with someone in his office for about 30 minutes. When I walked up to the counter to see if I was to wait longer of come to the window the audiologist asked me to leave and stated that he didnt want to see me if I were in a rush, which was not the case. I simply asked if I was to stay seated and wait longer and he STILL stated that I could leave. I guess I wasnt old and white enough. If I could give negative 5 stars I would I will never return and I will encourage others to avoid such rude behavior at this clinic.

I scheduled a complimentary hearing assessment appointment with HearingLife because I noticed I was…read moresaying "huh" and "what" quite often and thought my hearing was affected. Conveniently located with a private parking lot, I was warmly greeted by the person at the front desk. After completing the intake paperwork, I was offered coffee or hot tea, and soon after I went back for my appointment. My hearing specialist reviewed my paperwork, talked over my responses, and then did a Quick Look inside my ears with a camera to look for visible damage. It was cool! After, I was taken to a soundproof room where the hearing test was conducted. Nothing hurt or pinched, and I was amazed at how thorough the test was. I received my results and then they were explained to me on a level that I could understand. I highly recommend HearingLife if you feel you have hearing loss and would like a professional opinion.
