Beware they call beforehand for your medical and insurance information and other PII and then you have to fill out a form for the reception as well. You're also signing the notice of rights etc but they did not provide or ask if I wanted a copy of them. Front desk wasn't very hospitable. She handed me the forms and didn't tell me if I returned them to her or give them to the nurse or what. No smile, nothing. The nurse was very friendly. The rooms are clean and looks new. The building is labeled Duke and Kernodle but they are not a part of them and are independent. You won't get a my chart entry access from them. It took about 3 weeks to get an appointment. The doctor was very nice. I had a hearing test tech, Ezra, was also very nice. She made the process quiso and simple. The doctor was also super informative and proactive. My only concern at this point the super long wait to speak to anyone in the clinic. I don't know if it's considered audiology or what in the calling options so I had to press 0 for the operator to be safe.

    Everyone I came in contact with during my appointment, from the front desk to check out, was very…read morekind and understanding. Dr. McQueen was a true joy. He was kind and very informative. Peter did my hearing test. He was very pleasant and walked me through it with care. My overall experience was great.
