So I end up having to call again to tell them that they didn't send in one of my prescriptions then wait days or even weeks for it to be called in, at which point I then have to take two trips to the pharmacy every single month instead of only once, or go without my other medications for a week while I wait for them to call in my last script because they can't just refill my prescriptions all at the same time. The concept of having all of your prescriptions renewed for your 6-month prescription renewal appointment shouldn't be a hard one to comprehend. But it sure is a hard one for them. It is not my responsibility to micromanage My health Care team. This is what I have to do every 6 months for the last 2 years. The whole process exacerbates my mental health symptoms more than anything I've ever had exacerbate my symptoms in my entire life. And whenever I ask if there's anything we can do to resolve the problem they have absolutely no desire to solve it. Not even to just simply put a note in my file to hold my other prescriptions being called in until the one prescription that we always have issues with is called in at the same time. They won't even add a note in my file. Also Dr Wilkerson performed a procedure to remove some sort of cyst or lump on my forehead, which left a scar, and told me that it was successful, but after my procedure the lump was still there and it has only gotten bigger since I had the procedure. Also, I've been complaining about hearing loss in my ear for two years now, and each time she looks, says it's allergies, and moves on. I highly recommend that you go anywhere else possible because these practitioners are lazy and incompetent.

Several years ago my husband went to Dr. Patel for an ailment (I don't want to state exactly what). He told my husband "This won't hurt you. You'll just have to live with it." That is a quote. 2 weeks later my husband, otherwise healthy and in his mid 20's suffered a major cardiac event. He died 2x in the hospital and had to undergo intense and very high risk surgery. His surgeon told us that if he hasn't been in such peak physical shape he probably wouldn't have lived. We were also informed by the hospital that the entire thing could have been avoided had Dr. Patel prescribed one simple, common medication. Now Dr. Patel's diagnosis was correct, yet he failed to give my husband any medication and (as far as we are concerned) blatantly lied when he told my husband it couldn't hurt him and he'd have to live with it. It killed him 2x and was corrected with surgery (to note the surgery would not have been so high risk had my husband been on the proper med and not suffered a major cardiac episode). My husband healed and got better and went to Dr. Patel to basically ask "What the hell?!". Dr. Patel's response was less then concerned. He huffed and even grinned at one point while my husband relayed everything he'd been thru and at the end his response was literally "So?". Now we highly considered a medical malpractice lawsuit against Dr. Patel, but even with the strong evidence and several lawyers guarantee of a win (malpractice is hard to prove and a win guarantee is rare) but they still wanted way more then we could afford as we then had huge medical bills to pay. Please stay away from Dr. Patel. Even if you have a simple issue. My husband died 2x because of his lack of compassion, incompetence and laziness. Their are way better doctors in town!

He really listens to your concerns and helps you navigate your health concerns without making you feel like a burden or just a way for him to make a profit. I had suffered with a severe case of nerve pain and tingling in my left hand. After visiting several specialists and getting no answers Dr. Naramore picked up on it straight away at my annual physical. I had been on proton pump inhibitors for a few years and they are know to cause Vitamin B12 deficiency. He ordered a blood test that determined my levels to be extremely low. After starting B12 injections the symptoms abated. All the other specialists had the same information but opted for more elaborate tests rather than starting with the most obvious causes. The office staff are always pleasant and professional. My refills go through in a timely manner and they always follow up on my results from tests or procedures. You couldn't find a better Doctor or clinic. The only way they could be better is if he could clone himself and provide double the quality of care.
