They have an awesome selection of frames and you can even check frames out and take them home to try if you cannot make up your mind while in the office. There was one time I had to wait about an hour for my appointment. I am not letting that one time affect my review, but felt I had to include it. They had scheduled my husband, myself and my son all in a row. All of us saw the same doctor and they got my husbamd and son in quick, but I waited an extra hour. I will say no to scheduling us all one after the other in the future. At least that's what I tell myself now... Overall always a good experience. Except the puff of air in the eyeball... No one likes that.

My husband was greeted with "Hey. Whaddya want?" when the owner emerged from the back to find him browsing. He will also attempt to cheat you out of sales/discounts/deals if you don't point out his own advertisements to him. So if you decide you like being treated like an unwanted insect and do decide to go, please bring any advertisements you may have seen with you or the owner (who created the deal and placed the ads) will play dumb. If you go for your work safety glass voucher he basically slaps a brochure in front of you and walks away. How is he in business? No clue, other then the faint possibility it's a place to launder money because he has no interest in customers and especially no interest in getting good "word of mouth" advertising or repeat customers. The reviews on FB MUST be from family and friends because every person I've met who has walked in there has been made to feel unwanted as a customer. A major attitude adjustment is needed.
