She spent alot of time with me explaining what a dumass I was for stopping my BP medications cold-turkey, how I should feel better in hours once I started taking them again (I did), and how if I didn't I needed to go to the Emergency Room. Despite my professional preparation, they actually hung up on me while I was speaking. This experience speaks volumes about the leadership and the internal culture of this clinic. How you treat potential employees is a reflection of how you conduct your business and treat your patients. With this level of mismanagement, I don't see how this establishment can thrive. I am honestly relieved that I won't be moving forward with them; you can't build a successful future with people who treat others with such a lack of respect.

She asked only if I was a new patient, then handed over papers and requested to fill them out and sign. She was very busy consuming her Doritos and soda. I thought she just did not like my coat or something, but she was consistently ugly to everyone there. Well, the nurse practitioner was nice and seemed knowledgeable. The charges however were unbelievable. $ 155 for the diagnosis of a cold related infection with a prescription for medication. Gillette Urgent Care charges for new patient filing, which I did not expect from a place I do not repeatedly go to. An urgent care facility is not like a family doctors office, where the family keeps going back, and the doctor needs to keep all information on file. Urgent Care however, you go in and out, and hopefully never in again! On my way out the office clerk demanded my prompt payment, slapped my paperwork on the counter and said " That`s yours" I still wished her a good day, but - how sad - she just did not care.
