I was treated with compassion and kindness. The entire staff is friendly, caring and professional. With the help of Dental Hygienist, Cassie, I began to correctly brush and floss my teeth and learned how to use a gum stimulator. Her encouragement and tips instructing me how to care for my teeth and gums turned things around for me. My last appointment showed a great improvement in the health of my mouth. No more tooth pain or sensitivity, no more bleeding gums. I credit Cassie with the saving of my teeth! I guess you can teach old dogs new tricks. I am over 65... Beverly M

HighPlains Surgical Associates has the most amazing staff and care that any doctors office I've…read moreever been to can provide. The receptionist was able to schedule my husband and I in a very timely manner, We were taken back to a room by the medical assistant a lot faster than most doctors offices do. Dr Hartsaw and Dr. Rinker are very caring and understanding doctors. They explained everything to my husband and I, as well as answered all of questions. The surgery scheduler was very helpful at helping us find a day that worked for us for our procedure. The insurance gal was amazing at finding out and letting us know how our insurance should cover the procedure. And we were able to set up payments that we could afford to pay for it. The surgery went smooth and no complications. The doctors were there for us every step of the way following the surgery. I recommend Dr. Sara Hartsaw and Dr. Jacob Rinker to anyone needing a surgeon. They are the best.

It was a nice size with two slides. My favorite things were the soft bottom on the bottom of the pool (so much nicer than scraping your toes on concrete or plaster pool bottoms). And my other favorite thing was the water temp. It was absolutely perfect. Refreshing but not cold at all. They also have a huge hot tub for 16 and over which really made relaxing nice while your kids ran around. They also have a 13' deep end with two different diving boards, one about 5' tall and made to look like a rock. The facilities were modern, clean and well taken care of. My 6th grade kids only cost 3.50 to get in and 6$ for adults. Amazing. Well worth the 90 minute drive from Spearfish.
