We asked how much a cleaning would be for her and they informed us it would be around $65. This would include cleaning her ears as well as as the hearing aids. We thought that was fair, given we are in California lol After taking her hearing aids out and checking both her ears and the aids, they discovered neither one really needed to be cleaned. The gentleman who is helping us explain to my mom one area that she could brush free of some dust, and after learning that she didn't have a brush... He went and got her a couple for free. They didn't even let us pay. I thought this was so generous as they could've still charged us for the appointment and the time they took to sit with my mom. Great location, great service. Will definitely be back to see them anytime my mom is in town

The impact of the whole situation left me with 50% hearing loss in the right ear. My medical provider does not cover hearing aids, but my husband's medical provider did. We were able to select from a list of local audiologists. That's when we found Advanced Ear Care! I called and made an appointment for a free consultation. They ran a hearing test and just like my primary medical provider, they also concluded that I experienced a hearing loss of 50% in the right ear. A hearing aid was recommended. Hearing aids can be pricey, but thankfully, mine was going to be covered by my husband's insurance provider. I have been working with Luis at Advanced Ear Care from the beginning. He has been so patient with me. I appreciate that about him because my situation has been complicated. I've been wearing my hearing aid since August and it will take some time to reach the targeted level to be close to where my previous hearing level was at. I can hear, but I am still struggling. Advanced Ear Care has been awesome when it comes to accommodating my schedule. I can't always come in for my appointments due to my work schedule. So, we do TeleHealth appointments/video appointments. Luis is able to connect to my hearing aid remotely and adjust the levels. Advanced Ear Care has been a blessing. Initially, I considered going to Costco, but I wasn't sure about the quality of service that I would receive. I feel like the staff at Advanced Ear Care listens to me and really tries to make things work. Hopefully my hearing will feel more natural like it was once before.

If and when Yelp creates a separate entry for that office, this review should be moved to be associated with that office. Had a hearing test conducted by Penny recently. Last year I had another hearing test at a different audiologist office. While the test results are similar, Penny took a very different, and what I consider more reasonable, approach with respect to recommending remedies. Penny also spent more time going over the results and explaining potential consequences of not taking remediation action. Unlike the other audiologist who conducted an earlier hearing test, Penny did not use sale tactic or paint a bleak picture when making recommendations. Even though I have not made a decision regarding the recommended remedy, I would rate this experience very positive and would not hesitate making further contact with this office.
