The staff is very helpful and professional and I highly recommend this company. My experience is not limited to HearUSA. When I first obtained hearing aids, it was from Costco Wholesale. I chose the Kirkland Signature model. I was never able to get these hearing aids to work properly. Each time I took them back to Costco, the technician would start to diagnose the problem, then would say.."well, I've spent 45 minutes and they're not quite adjusted, but if you come back in two weeks, we'll try again..." this went on for four months. I gave up, got a refund, and went directly to HearUSA.

I experienced sudden hearing loss when water became trapped deep inside my ear. I ended up with a…read morehorrible ear infection and much more. The impact of the whole situation left me with 50% hearing loss in the right ear. My medical provider does not cover hearing aids, but my husband's medical provider did. We were able to select from a list of local audiologists. That's when we found Advanced Ear Care! I called and made an appointment for a free consultation. They ran a hearing test and just like my primary medical provider, they also concluded that I experienced a hearing loss of 50% in the right ear. A hearing aid was recommended. Hearing aids can be pricey, but thankfully, mine was going to be covered by my husband's insurance provider. I have been working with Luis at Advanced Ear Care from the beginning. He has been so patient with me. I appreciate that about him because my situation has been complicated. I've been wearing my hearing aid since August and it will take some time to reach the targeted level to be close to where my previous hearing level was at. I can hear, but I am still struggling. Advanced Ear Care has been awesome when it comes to accommodating my schedule. I can't always come in for my appointments due to my work schedule. So, we do TeleHealth appointments/video appointments. Luis is able to connect to my hearing aid remotely and adjust the levels. Advanced Ear Care has been a blessing. Initially, I considered going to Costco, but I wasn't sure about the quality of service that I would receive. I feel like the staff at Advanced Ear Care listens to me and really tries to make things work. Hopefully my hearing will feel more natural like it was once before.

Last year I had another hearing test at a different audiologist office. While the test results are similar, Penny took a very different, and what I consider more reasonable, approach with respect to recommending remedies. Penny also spent more time going over the results and explaining potential consequences of not taking remediation action. Unlike the other audiologist who conducted an earlier hearing test, Penny did not use sale tactic or paint a bleak picture when making recommendations. Even though I have not made a decision regarding the recommended remedy, I would rate this experience very positive and would not hesitate making further contact with this office.
