HORRIBLE. AVOID this company! They deserve ZERO stars! I ordered a bouquet of white roses & spray roses, lavender stock and waxflower, "all perfectly arranged" & "wrapped with purple ribbon." I did not chose the standard or deluxe, but the "premium" bouquet. But what did the person receive? A very small bouquet of red roses with some greenery. NOT EVEN CLOSE! Not even matching the color scheme! And conveniently, they do not answer their phone, and the answering machine is "full." So I cannot even complain. I was going to give them the opportunity to give me some money back. They have no email listed. So the only recourse I have is to post as many reviews as possible, to warn others. I send many bouquets in the course of the year - to cheer people. But this repeated story has happened all across the country, and I am becoming discouraged and tempted to stop sending flowers at all! Sad but true. One person wrote that you should go on Google Maps and see the store - and when I did it was a big car garage. People who do this are guilty of theft of services as far as I am concerned, and they are guilty of stealing cheer from people who are sick, grieving, or hurt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Worst flowers I've ever received!! Basically I was given a bunch of old filler-like flowers (some are actually weeds), half- dead and drooping stem flowers and a 2 small sprigs of mini mums in a color that didn't match anything else in the vase. Everything was stuffed into a vase and there were more leaves inside the vase of water than there were outside the vase. Such a disappointment and let down. I was having a crappy day to start with and these just topped it off. I'm grateful to my friend for sending me flowers but what i received was shameful. How is this place even in business? So many bad reviews. My mother was a floral designer for many years. I've learned a lot from her. #1 You don't put leaves in the water. You remove them from the stem and put only the stem in the water. Leaves in water make the water go rancid quickly. There are many other things I learned about flowers from her but it's not worth going into here. Needless to say, Heard's broke all of them. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HEARD'S! I called the shop over and over and over without an answer. I sent 2 emails that were ignored. Horrible. I live in Indiana and ordered flowers for my mom's 87th birthday. I was on the phone with her when they were delivered. THEY LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I PAID FOR. I spent close to $150 for a full PREMIUM bouquet with a balloon AND with a box of chocolates delivered too (that didn't get delivered). Being from out of state, I truly wish I could have gotten what I paid for. I paid for a beautifully full arrangement with chocolates and got neither. read more

Called the 1-800 number listed and it doesn't work. Emailed the customer service email and it came back as not a working email. What was ordered was so far from what was delivered. Should have read reviews first... First and last time. Of course they must make substitutions, flowers can be very seasonal. This was a plant basket, and a pricey one at that. Delivery was great, the basket was awful and doesn't have even one of the pictured plants in it. Bow looked like a child did it. I ordered a standing spray for my mother in laws funeral. I did not look like the spray I picked out on their web site. Definitely not $250.00 worth of flowers. when you are grieving and order something to represent your love for someone you expect more out of a florist. I placed an online order on April 26 and within an hour received a call from a man saying they don't deliver where I needed the delivery. When I tried to ask why their site came up for Cumming, he said "we don't go that far". He said he would credit my card even though it had been within the hour of the online order. On April 28, my credit card was charged. I called the number he called me from and got a busy signal. I've tried calling the shop during business hours and the phone just rings. A few times I also got a message saying "we can't come to the phone" and would disconnect. Since they're an affiliate of Teleflora, I've also contacted but not able to assist me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and should've looked here before placing my order! read more

Extremely rude man answered the phone when I called to check on status of delivery. Kept interrupting me and proceeded to argue with me when I told him he was being rude. I have worked in customer service and would not attempt to argue with someone on the phone. I explained why I was questioning his delivery time & since it was 11:45 his time on a Saturday, I certainly didn't expect a "I don't know answer" as to when it would be delivered. I visited the shop and met with the owner who designed an absolutely beautiful arrangement with minutes. He allowed me to pick the flowers I wanted and he made perfect suggestions to make the arrangement even more stunning without going over my budget. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable his prices were. The same arrangement would have cost double with other florist (believe me, I checked). Terrible service, and communication. I should have read reviews first. Ordered flowers online on Wednesday, the 6th for Mother's Day. These were to be delivered under 10 miles from their location. The order was accepted. I received a call late Thursday night. The person told me they are cancelling my claiming that the location is too far. I said, it's just 7 miles away, and they got flustered and said "well we're just too busy. Would you like a refund?" Of course I asked for a refund. Just now I had to start a dispute with my bank as several other reviewers have had to do. To this day, they are not picking up their phone and have no returned my money. I have asked my Family and Friends over the last 10 years NOT to send me flowers from this establishment because the orders are not fulfilled according to what was ordered. Last year, the top of the vase was broken and I was suppose to get a replacement, no replacement was received. This year, the container that was requested was not delivered; the delivery was at the door and no one rang the bell. My sister called Pro-Flowers and was told a replacement was being delivered in the requested container...., no surprise, the replacement came and in the same type of container (vase) as the previous one... again, no surprise. If you are considering ordering flowers from an online vendor, you should specify to have any florist other than this place to complete the order. Nothing they do looks like what you think you're getting. The same crappy grass is used in every arrangement and the quality isn't impressive for the price. WIll never use is florist again. Flower arrangement looks fine, but service is just horrible. My husband ordered the flower online to send it to work for me as a surprise. He specify has to delivered before 12:30 because I leave work at 1. They didn't deliver until 4pm which I already left work. I have to drive back to work to retrieve the flower myself. My office told me the man who deliver the flower is really rude as well. The office tried to tell him that I already left work, but he ran to his car, shut the door and left. Ordered flowers through Teleflora who used Heart's in Cumming to deliver flowers to my girlfriend for Mother's Day. She was very pleased to received them but some of the flowers were broken when delivered and they were wilted. Spoke to her last evening and the flowers delivered are already dieing after 3 days!! She also told me that it looked like the flowers were not watered at all. She stated that this florist is known to be bad but did not know since I ordered through Teleflora.
