If I could give this place negative stars I would. I received a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day. I was shown what they should look like and you see from the picture they look nothing like it. The note is attached to a flower stem. Who does that! I counted the roses, I thought there were 4 but there are only 3 in the entire bouquet. It looks like they ran out of flowers and on the way to my house to deliver, so they filled the rest in with shrub leaves, ferns, and weeds off the side of the highway like I wouldn't notice. They didn't trim the leaves from the stems in the vase either so the water is just dirty leaf water. He also paid extra for a balloon which never came. He could have went to Publix and got a quality arrangement and balloon than what was sent. Value is extremely poor quality at this florist. You all should be ASHAMED! People are entrusting you to brighten up someone's day & you are doing just the opposite and embarrassing people with these catfish arrangements. Updated review. This sorry bunch delivered some horrible flowers today. I paid for them to be delivered last week, on August 3rd. After numerous communications with FTD, their solution was incredibly late, ugly, tiny arrangement that wasn't even close to what I ordered. I ordered Marmalade Skies, deluxe arrangement (photo with orange hues) and the recipient got this sorry piece of crap that looks like a leftover from the Fourth of July. I called last Saturday from out of state and ordered over the phone with the owner, Jessica. I ordered the "TIMELESSLY TRANQUIL VASE ARRANGEMENT", (pastel roses, pink carnations and stock, yellow alstroemeria, and green lisianthus = very calming vibe) featured under the birthday tab on their website. She looked at the picture of the arrangement and said she would have to substitute white roses for the peach roses. I said that was fine. I paid for a premium floral arrangement and a teddy bear to be delivered to a sick friend and when she actually got looked nothing like the picture and she didn't get her teddy bear. When I called to find out when it would be delivered the next day, I had a rough time with the wife of the owner who took an attitude with me from the start, when I called said she had no clue the status of the order, she would forward the concern to her husband...spoke to her husband said it was delivered at 3:00 pm, lots of excuses for why the delivery wasn't same day, blamed the FTD service, Congress, etc. I heard from my friend, she sent me the photo of her flowers that looked like Publix $20.00 flowers. No Teddy bear, the stems in the flower arrangement were not the same type, volume, quality or colors as the ones from the order form. The web site said they would make it right, but if I'm not entirely satisfied, I am entitled to a refund. I called to speak to the owner, got the wife again, she proceeds to be disrespectful and indifferent about my complaint then tells me I am not entitled to a refund because they sent "something" Regarding the teddy bear? She said, "I don't know, maybe someone forgot". When I told her I'd be escalating the complaint she said "BE MY GUEST!" Unacceptable! I paid over $130.00 for premium flowers same day service and instead I had to go through the inconvenience of calling to investigate the status of my delivery and then they didn't cooperate with me on the request for refund. I am reporting them to the BBB. If you want good quality flowers? Go to Costco, buy the two dozen roses, 18 bucks, then go get a stuffed bear from Target and deliver them yourself. What a terrible experience!!! I placed an order for flowers for my anniversary two weeks ahead of time. In 13 years I have never missed getting flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Cumming florist messed up and delivered them the same day I ordered them... 2 weeks early! On top of that the arrangement did not follow my requests (they used multiple roses when I asked for more wild flowers and they did not use orchids or star gazer lilies as requested), it was not worth the charge (I have gotten much better arrangements from the grocery store), and I ordered an I love you balloon that they did not even send, but charged me for!! I called immediately and alerted them to the problem of the wrong day delivery, the missing balloon and the quality. They apologized and said that they would deliver them again on the 16th as asked. The 16th came and went and nothing ever came... I had to run out and buy flowers from Kroger so that I didn't miss my anniversary!! I called and called to talk to them.. left messages after messages and no one ever picked up or returned my messages. The next day I called at 10:30am (still no return of my messages before this) and this time they picked up. I explained the issue and they immediately remembered me... however they explained they were closed on the 16th for Yom Kippur. Why the heck didn't they tell me that when I placed the order, or when I called to correct their mistake or any time in the 2 weeks prior to the day they were supposed to deliver!!! I would have taken the flowers on the 15th! Their offer was to send flowers now the day after my anniversary... if I hadn't called again today would they ever have done anything?!? I am going to say NO... I just would have been forgotten. I asked for a refund! I will never use this florist again! They are completely disorganized and their arrangement sucked for the money. Had flowers delivered to my Aunt in Georgia, I live in California. I ordered through a flower website who contracts out orders to florists. My order was 2 days late and looked nothing like the photo of what I ordered. My order was supposed to be upgraded because of the delay in deliver but it clearly wasn't. I'm so surprised that this business is still open. I ordered flowers on Thursday 5-18-2025 for my neighbor who's mother passed away. When ordering I was told that it would be the following day Friday before they could be delivered and I was ok with that. When Friday rolled around and I never heard from my neighbor that she had received flowers from me I called the florist (Friday afternoon) No answer and no way to leave a message. When Monday came around and still no flowers I once again tried to reach out to them and still no answer. Finally midday on Tuesday they finally arrived. Prior to the delivery I had reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge because I didn't think they would be delivered. Once they arrived I once again called my credit card company and gave them the OK to accept the charge. It was only when the payment was denied did this business reach out to me. When speaking to the employee about the payment being declined I was told that the phones went down for seven hours and they didn't have a way to contact me. I was also charged an astronomical fee for delivery. Hard lesson learned. I will never purchase anything else from this florist. read more

I have been traveling a lot this year so I decided I wanted to get her something this year. What I ordered was what I know she likes and what I got was so far away from what I know she likes. Instead of a more wildflower type arrangement she got carnations and roses. Color wise what I ordered was more yellow green and red and she got purple white and red. It looked like something I could go to Walmart and pay ten bucks for. I don't normally write reviews but after 15 years of marriage my wife knows that I know what she like likes and for these flowers to show up makes me look like I don't know what I am doing. I got back from out of town job and saw the flowers and realized what what delivered and (even though my wife said nothing) already knew she didn't like them because I know my wife. I would stay away from this place unless you live close enough to walk in the doors and buy exactly what you want based on what you can physically hold in in your hand and buy. Spent over $100 for the largest floral arrangement possible for a 65th birthday for my Mom, spoke to a woman on the day of delivery who confirmed flowers were getting delivered that day.
