When I did call for service I seem to recall it was done within 48 hours. The overall system is very simply and I don't even notice it. They core a few opening into your slab, plumb the piping to the outside of your house, and turn on the fan. My fan is in my garage attic. When I am in the attic I do not hear the fan. It is silent.
