I came here almost two years ago to get glasses. I was told to try them out for about two weeks…read morebecause they were a very strong prescription. After two weeks, I was still having issues, so I reached out to them, only to be told that they couldn't do anything about it. Fast-forward to today, and I receive a text message saying it's been a while and I should schedule a checkup. I thought, why not? So I responded, and they told me they had appointments available for tomorrow. I replied within ONE MINUTE, stating what time I wanted. A few minutes later, I received a response saying that the entire day was already booked, followed by a list of other available dates for next week. The whole interaction made absolutely no sense to me. First, THEY were the ones who reached out to ME. Second, I responded to the availability they offered within 60 seconds. Not one hour. Not even five minutes. ONE MINUTE! And suddenly, the entire day is booked? I don't know what kind of game is being played here, but this does not come across as professional. I guess I should have learned from my experience two years ago, when they couldn't help me with my glasses, but at least this time I didn't actually have to go back there.

I have never been through an eye exam as comprehensive as hers. I really wish she could be my regular eye doctor. She then took her time helping me practice putting in/taking out my new soft contacts as I usually wear GP. I walked out with soft contacts and an exam at a price that was too reasonable!
