When I first met with Mr. Menchel I found him to be a bit bizarre, he explained several of his…read moretheories to me including that the 'gut feeling' we sometimes get, comes from the brain we have in our gut. I wasn't sure what to expect from meeting with a hypnotherapist, so I decided to go along with it. After our first session, I felt comfortable enough with the results to schedule and pay for 2 additional visits which he claimed would be sufficient to become a non-smoker. I paid in advance to get the volume discount he offers. Shortly thereafter for situational reasons, I decided that I was not going to pursue the remaining two visits and asked him for a refund of the two additional visits that I paid for, expecting him to keep the premium rate for the first visit. He refused any refund and began threatening that I would be a smoker for the rest of my shortened life without the services that only he could offer. I was happy enough with the service initially, but not with his professionalism during our subsequent conversations.
