When I had a problem, it took me over a month (a day short of two months) of continuous calling and emailing to be connected with someone identified themselves as the manager of the Mount Vernon and Puyallup offices. When I told them that my students did not get their cards and had been calling for two months, the person said I was lying and hung up on me. At one point I was able to find my cards on Enrollware; nevertheless, the main problem was that no one told me. Normally they are email. I have not yet figured out how to email the cards from Enrollware, myself there is no help from LifeTek, I have been with LifeTek for 10 years, and they have deteriorated into a shell of a business. I resisted writing this, but if you have a choice, I would not recommend using LifeTek. It is not the same business that it was.

I can find perennials I can't find other places. The employees go out of their way to make sure you find what you are looking for and are always ready to help load your car. It is so much nicer then going to one of the chain stores. Oh, and they have fun classes throughout the year. I made a Christmas Wreath last year, the Garden Spot provided all the materials.
