On the left hand side is the organic, whole foods that are all sourced from Fair trade marked groups keeping with the shops ethical policy. The right hand side is for the sweet, sweet drugs. They stock all sorts of natural remedies and pick me ups straight from natures pharmacies all over the world. The staff are passionate about what they are trying to promote and can get a little on the preachy side, but its their shop after all.

She mentioned several new products they had on order that I usually buy from musclefood online so im very excited to see someone local is stocking. I particularly like their range of environmentally friendly Ecover household cleaning products and vast selection of vegan and vegetarian foods. Plus Eatwell's stock chilled goods including tofu, Violife dairy free cheeses, Swedish Glaze ice cream and vegetarian haggis etc. They also have a full section filled with cosmetics, creams and shampoos; in conclusion Eatwell's have it all! It's also heaven to have a choice of plant-based milks for coffee i.e. oat, almond or soy - such an improvement on offerings found at other Belfast cafes. My food was delicious and coffee flawless. In this, the age of excess hipster cafes, unfortunately it's still difficult to find good coffee, but thankfully 387 offers exceptional coffee. Additionally, this place doubles up as a health food shop with shelves, a freezer and a cooler brimming with goodies. After enjoying my coffee and food I did a mini grocery shop stocking up on vegan cheese, tofurkey slices, sausages, burgers, soups and chilli mayo. A lovely, relaxed spot with friendly, helpful staff and outside seating for sunny days. Decor is natural, focused on muted grey shades, wooden furniture, soft lighting and green plants. Everything about this cafe is synonymous with ease, relaxation and quality. I'm very glad 387 has arrived on the Belfast food scene and hope it flourishes. I will definitely be back.

Prices are good, similar to specialist health food stores elsewhere in Belfast. Fry's Family Food products at £3.49 per box. VBITES items all £2.59 each and on special offer at two boxes for £3.50. Holland & Barrett Vegan One-A-Day Multivitamins currently £5.99 per pack but in the Penny Sale two packs cost only £6.00, which is a four month supply.
