They offer a variety of frozen foods as well as the packaged ones. Cleaning products, bath, they carry those as well. They have a great selection of essential oils towards the front of the store. This is a Michigan based company and woman owned business that makes delicious products. I will support their growth by being a customer. VG's? Nope. Target? Nope. Lord knows you won't find me at Walmart. Alas, I phoned Nutrition Works and a lovely young lady laid the luck on me 'Of course we carry Umcka, we even have it in alcohol free' - my savior! The store itself is beyond charming and a rare gem. Not only do they have all of your nutritional needs taken care of, they also offer an amazing variety of Gluten-free foods (if you're into that kind of thing), delicious and healthy snacks, health and beauty products, I think I even saw some margarita mix for sale.
