Although I've yet to try it, the cafe and juice bar looks like a nice edition to the store since the days of being located downtown. The store is generally always neat, clean, and organized. Someone will typically say hello when you walk in. They have a few people stocking, but they are far and few between, and often have their product carts blocking the shelves. Product costs are quite high and I get a laugh out of commercials for Whole Foods where they are touting their products as being low cost. They have certain sections which are supposed to provide more direct interaction, but there often are no staff people available, such as in the cheese section where the one person assigned that section ends up in the storage area to get stock. When the store first opened, it was fun to shop there, but no longer. I am making every effort to find alternative stores where I don't need to deal with the congestion and prices.
