VG's? Nope. Target? Nope. Lord knows you won't find me at Walmart. Alas, I phoned Nutrition Works and a lovely young lady laid the luck on me 'Of course we carry Umcka, we even have it in alcohol free' - my savior! The store itself is beyond charming and a rare gem. Not only do they have all of your nutritional needs taken care of, they also offer an amazing variety of Gluten-free foods (if you're into that kind of thing), delicious and healthy snacks, health and beauty products, I think I even saw some margarita mix for sale. The young lady at the counter went beyond what is expected and you could tell she genuinely cared about my problems and the store (she was not the owner but was quite fond of the owner). I'm so glad this place exists in Fenton and that I was able to find it, hopefully this review will lead you there as well!

They offer a variety of frozen foods as well as the packaged ones. Cleaning products, bath, they carry those as well. They have a great selection of essential oils towards the front of the store. They even offer smoothies in case you need a quick snack or afternoon pick me up. They have convenient parking in the back of the store. Definitely a Brighton gem!

I love the knowledge of the staff as well. I also get my favorite free magazine from this place. I love all the free magazines in the back entrance of the store, and I usually take time to browse through them. I just bought lipsticks from this place, and I love them! It seems to be keeping up with the various health food options and dietary preferences. I was pleased to see some of my favorite foods, snacks, and products in stock. Most of the prices are comparable to what I'd expect for these types of items. Although I've yet to try it, the cafe and juice bar looks like a nice edition to the store since the days of being located downtown. The store is generally always neat, clean, and organized. Someone will typically say hello when you walk in. I'm glad to see that this store is still in business after many decades, and I wish the family much success in running the store for generations to come.

I usually order mine on a spelt tortilla wrap instead of sliced spelt bread, but both of them are wonderful. They even offer sprouts too! All of the soups are amazing. They are organic and made from scratch with the alkaline ionized water, which is produced by the store as well. I love just sitting out on their porch and enjoying delicious, healthy food! I don't know if there is anything better. Their smoothies and shakes are clean and packed with real flavor. They use only organic fruit and fruit juice (no flavored syrups/concentrates, ice, or any unnecessary additives). For my fellow coffee lovers, they have organic coffee (made with alkaline water) everyday. It is so much better than any other coffee I've had! They even have soy coffee creamer! This store has a lot of grocery items that you can't find anywhere else. All kinds of delicious specialty breads, wild caught fish, and grass fed meats.
