My wife and I are simple people with simple requests. A massage should be able to identify all the aches and pains and then be able to straighten out the kinks. Nobody has done anything of that nature till Green Island Massage fell on our laps. In 15 years of massages the guys at GIM in Keywest on Fleming St are the only staff that did us Justice. We walked in the owner (I'm sorry I didn't get your name kind sir) was just so genuinely kind and even gave us a ride back to our hotel after the massages. Saved us the uber. He asked to point on a diagram piece of for. Where our aches were and he had two of his staff concentrate on fixing the kinks. Better than Massage envy and blew out what we thought were some good ones in the past. Yep life is short and we feel blessed for people helping us work out and fix our kinks. Thank you Green Island Massage! A paradise in paradise! May god be courteous and bless you a fruitful endeavor kind sir and staff!

The therapist's idea of deep tissue was literally walking all over my back while I was covered with what felt like a cheap pillowcase. It was uncomfortable, bizarre, and nothing like any professional deep tissue massage I've ever had. The experience somehow got worse when it was time to pay. When I asked to use a credit card, the therapist became visibly offended and was incredibly off-putting about it, as though paying with a card was some unreasonable request. The entire experience felt unprofessional from beginning to end. I left wondering what exactly I had just paid for. If you're looking for an actual massage from someone who understands what "deep tissue" means and treats customers professionally, go somewhere else.

Fortunately, thanks to a google search I found Michael. I now see him as often as I can. He comes to my house, sometimes we do massages outside, sometimes inside. He is fantastic. For New Years this year, I had a bunch of friends over and he spent half the day with us giving 3 of us massages. Both of my friends said he was amazing and that I'm lucky I can have more massages with him. He does get busy, so if you want a massage, then reach out to him asap and plan ahead if possible. Thank you michael for the amazing massages, pain and stress relief!

My field of work is physically demanding which takes a major toll on my body. Shelby was always able to properly use firm pressure to work stiff areas so as to leave me feeling like butter. She knows how to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed every time. What I particularly like is her knowledge of the body's anatomy, specifically with the muscles. This makes me feel more confident that the massages she provides are therapeutic. She discusses with you her assessment of painful areas and how they relate to stiff muscles in other areas, giving you a better understanding of your own body. She also assesses range of motion and targets areas that need work to improve your body's motion/flexibility. I regret she's no longer in my area and I highly, highly recommend her massages. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Noone greeted us upon entering and we weren't really sure on how to check in for our appointment. 2. The Dr. did not seem to know what she was doing. When booking the appointment, online it said the service would be a hour. Our service lasted only about 15-30 minutes at the most. So we basically paid 93 dollars to have a tube up our butts that did nothing for us. 3. My colonic experience was awful to say the least. Nothing came out during my session. Multiple times I told the dr that water was leaking under my bottom. She proceeded to change the diaper and kept filling me up with water and then the water proceeded to spill from under me a 2nd time. I did not know what was happening and nor did she. I was surprised to see the lack of knowledge she has toward such a service. I went into the bathroom afterwards and could not control the amount if fluids that were coming out of me. It was very uncomfortable. The Dr did not even ask if I was okay. 4. At the end when me and my friend went to pay, the owner, my friend and I paid a deposit towards our appointment online (which it says will count to your service upon your appointment). She still proceeded to charge us a full 75 dollars. I was such in a rush to get home to clean the mess in the restroom that I couldn't ask about the deposit. In total we spent 93 dollars for a 20 minute service that we didn't get anything out of. 5. There was no briefing for the service. I was hoping she would tell us how to prepare before and after such an intense service but there was none.
