Great place if you are in a mental health treatment program , and want a luxury halfway house. Monthly living expenses exceed any sober living in the Delray/Boynton beach area. Very costly place to live. Check out all your options before you make a commitment with Hartman. I would encourage anyone considering Hartman House to carefully evaluate whether the transitional care add-ons are necessary for their individual situation. These services come at a significant, additional monthly cost. Very important to assess the value they actually provide for your needs. Your total costs , rent included , will be $5,000+ due every month, if you opt-in Would not recommend, as a client with firsthand experience. Unfortunately, my experience ended on a negative note due to a hostile, demeaning interaction with the owner on the day of my discharge, was jarring after such a long, mostly positive stay. If you are a parent or client don't engage with Owner when he is upset and angry. Nobody deserves to be berated and disrespected. Just move on. The way my departure was handled by the Owner (Sean) left a lasting impact. The four man team of staff can be helpful, and definitely work hard. Arrived at Hartman House the summer of 2023 and departed 2026.

I came to palm partners for treatment after trying to get clean and sober for 2 years. I…read moreabsolutely love the people that run this facility. They really care about the person that is serious in their recovery. If you're not completely ready for recovery they will strive to help you make life changing decisions. This isn't just a rehab, it is a community of family and friends that constantly connect with you in a profoundly deep and personal level. The therapists are some of the best in their Fields. Recovery is not just stoping the drugs and alcohol, it's a complete psychological, social change that brings about the best potential for personal happiness and self love. I started my recovery like many others; I didn't want to do the self improvement work that was involved because it seems like a lot of work and felt very "fake" to me. To those suffering addiction, please hear this above all: you're disease of addiction is centered in the brain and this disorder will fool you with seemingly rational and logical reasons why you don't need all this help. Palm Partners helped me work through these thoughts and reasons why keeping my old ways was important. Mostly they helped me over come the FEAR of this new life. Mostly I worried about not having any more fun because , I thought being sober would be boring and just BS. Let me tell you I am grateful, and happy to have made this particular recovery center my new home. I will always be cared for, always have behavioral health technicians to check myself against. And I love telling the staff about my many successes in my social and professional life. I am in halfway now... I had many preconceptions about treatment , that it was like jail, and halfway houses were like homeless shelters. I'm lucky I got over those false fears. This place is pretty damn nice! The accommodations are like your own full apartment with a few roommates. They never mix incompatible personalities in one apartment. People here usually becoming good friends with they're roommates, I have friends I met here all over the country. If your looking for treatment , alone and fearful , tired and crying. Please take my word this place will help you. The food served is. I rated by s chef! It's not school lunch style food, I mean we even had lobster Mac and cheese , and deserts, and you can also purchase and cook your own. To much good things I've experienced here. Getting sober is hard, this place is a life saver for me. To all the staff , medical professionals, and techs. Thank you for helping me change my life ! Much love: Edit: I just looked at some other reviews, the people saying that the staff here are behaving unethically or getting people to relapse for insurance purposes, is complete outrageous bull crap! That made me angry. This place is not an insurance scam at all, in fact when my insurance lapsed I was still welcomed and provided for until the medical administrators felt I was safe, stable and able to provide for my self. My insurance covered this place completely, and I have not received any kind of outlandish charges from my treatment. If you mean to get help and are committed to it, you will not find a better collection of professionals to help you reach your goals, they will help those who help themselves. God bless palm partners

I personally worked for Renee the "owner" and this place is a joke. Let me start by saying that…read morehalf the time she didn't even enforce the IOP or AA meetings the patients were required to go to. She would just have them sign a book for insurance purposes, and I personally would submitted them to their insurance companies on her behalf. Once I finally visited the residence that the clients lived at, I was disgusted. The beds were nasty, their was rats literally inside the house, and drugs everywhere. She either way aware and over looked it, or never took the time to actually go check up on the clients at the residence she provided for them. After recruiting some of my friends I knew had relapsed to this place to give them a place to live (as long as they had good insurance of course), it wasn't long before I had relapsed because I was watching everyone around me get high, get away with it, and have a free place to live as long as they signed a book saying they attended "iop" even when half the time they didn't. So after I relapsed I moved out of royal recovery half way house (which i highly recommend for anybody seeking true treatment, it's partnered with Palm partners) I decided to become a "half way house manager" as this "lotus recovery" while still working under Renee stiff. She knew I had relapsed. And she didn't seem to care. Only thing on her mind was insurance money. After moving into her residence she provided for clients I was just in awe. It was horrifying. Disgusting. The first thing I relapsed on was crack, IV crack by the way. First time I ever shot anything into my veins. I cleaned the whole cottage out back and that's where I planned on staying. It was a bedroom with bunk beds. A dresser. A little kitchen and a tiny bathroom with the shower just a faucet and stream of water coming out. It was literally horrific. It only took 3 days for me to overdose and die for approximately 5 minutes at this place. I was surrounded my drugs because the only people living there were shooting up crack and heroin. So of course. My surroundings made me weak and I fell back into the hole. She knew what she was getting myself into. This is a true example of a flop house and I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there let alone live at the nasty residence. This is coming from an employee from the owner of the business and also a person she watched get back into drugs and didn't do anything about it. She gave me free housing knowing i had relapsed. She allowed it to happen and in my eyes that is not a person who cares about anybodies sobriety. She is only in it for the money. She only cares about your insurance card and signing the books to make it look like you attending IOP. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE.
