It's very tempting to call what Kira does magic, but that would be selling her work short. What she…read moreprovides is a very structured, compassionate approach to dealing with deep-seated issues that aren't easily managed using adult logic. I'd been struggling with aversion that felt irrational. Our first session was game-changing. Hypnotherapy is not different from other therapy I've done, and it dovetailed nicely with my meditation and yoga mindfulness practice. It involved entering a deep state of relaxation and accessing my subconscious to achieve an understanding of the cause of my aversion and provide alternative behaviors. I remembered everything about my sessions and though my session was emotional I left feeling truly refreshed. A second "tune-up" session helped me sort out a few related issues. And the use of a reminder object has become an everyday reminder of my progress. Kira has a calm, encouraging manner. I felt welcomed and understood at every turn: having her was like having a coach who could see the big picture AND a fan wanting to see me succeed. Highly recommended for those long-term "unsolvable" or "irrational" issues that crop up and interfere with the day to day.

For privacy reasons, I won't mention the reasons for my seeing her, but I will say I had been feeling "stuck" in my life and other methods of therapy weren't working, so I thought "might as well." She is the first and only hypnotherapist that I have seen, and I found her to be very effective in our work together. Her website is helpful in listing some things she treats- from anxiety to anger to hypnobirthing classes. I began by shooting her an email and discussing what I wanted to work on to make sure she was the right fit. I recommend reaching out sooner rather than later, as she fills up quickly. I had about a 4 wk wait to see her for my first time; then she gets you in regularly as needed. The office itself is comfortable and relaxing. There is plenty of street parking right out front. Kira is always prompt and professional, which I greatly appreciate. I would describe her style as warm, friendly, and caring. She has a calming voice, which I assume is pertinent to the profession. She is also direct and helpful, and she offers tools and recordings to utilize outside of session. I have found them to be useful. But again, it will depend on your reasons for seeing her, as I assume these things vary. Most importantly for me, I leave every session feeling like I learned something new about myself. That is a MUST for me in my journey. I found her prices to be competitive with others. The only downside to hypnotherapy is that insurance doesn't cover it. But on the bright side, you only go in for a few sessions so you're spending less in the long run. I think it's worth the investment. No doubt, Kira deserves 5 stars. I appreciate all of her help and hope everyone else has an equally positive experience with her.

I want to be very fair in this review…read more On a personal level, she is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, calm, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. The sessions themselves were relaxing and thoughtfully guided, and I always felt supported and respected during our time together. However, I hired her specifically for weight loss, and unfortunately, I did not lose any weight despite committing significant time, effort, and money to the process. I truly wanted this to work -- but it simply did not produce results for me. I understand that hypnosis may work very well for some people. It just wasn't effective in my case, and I wish I had known sooner so I could have redirected my time and money elsewhere. If you're looking for a caring practitioner and are curious about hypnosis, she may be a good fit. If your primary goal is measurable weight loss, I would recommend going in with realistic expectations and understanding that results are not guaranteed.

I left each session feeling significantly lighter, relaxed, and optimistic about life. The in-person space is easy to get to and has a very calm and soothing atmosphere. I highly recommend Audra for anyone who has done traditional therapy methods but didn't quite get the desired results. For me, I was able to not only confront my trauma head on, but also accept it and leave it behind all in the same session. Her methods were so transformational for me and I look forward to continuing hypnotherapy work when I am able.

Before beginning this hypnotherapy work, I was deeply afraid of money, afraid to make it, afraid to…read morehave it. I unconsciously associated money with betrayal, loss, and spiritual danger. The idea of trading my life force for survival in a system that didn't feel aligned felt suffocating. I also carried ancestral and personal wounds where money was used for control or harm. In my past, someone who represented evil was obsessed with money, which made me reject it entirely as a form of protection. Through our 9 sessions, Audra and I slowly dismantled those beliefs. I came face to face with the root fears and survival programming I didn't know were shaping my life. I saw clearly that my avoidance of money wasn't laziness or lack ,it was trauma, entanglement, and protection. I wasn't equipped to have money back then because it wasn't safe to want it. Now, I feel different. I've reprogrammed the meaning of money in my body and my mind. I no longer see it as something dark or dangerous. I now see it as a neutral energy, a tool that reflects who I am, what I value, and how I serve. I've reconnected with my ability to earn and receive money without fear or guilt. I'm ready to allow it in, aligned with my sovereignty and truth. This work changed my relationship with money at the root. I'm so grateful for this transformation. I'm planning to do the 9 sessions again, for other beliefs that need to be rewritten. Thank you for guiding me back to myself, Audra. warmly

Keridwyn provided practical, immediately applicable tools that helped me regain control of my body in high-pressure moments, which alone would have been invaluable. What set her apart, however, was the depth and rigor of her approach. She didn't treat my fear as a surface-level confidence issue; she approached it as a complex, layered pattern shaped over decades. With intellectual precision and care, she helped me understand the underlying drivers of my anxiety and systematically worked through them. No aspect was overlooked. The result was not just improved performance, but a meaningful rewiring of how I relate to public speaking altogether. I HIGHLY recommend her!

If you're on the fence about whether or not to try hypnotherapy out, just go for it. I was a nail biter/skin picker all my life. My fingers always hurt and at least one was bleeding and swollen every day. I tried all of the things - regular therapy, bitter nail polish, gloves all day long, acrylics, gels. You name it, I had tried it - and they all failed. Enter Tracy. She clearly explained every step of the treatment and was very honest that I would need to put in the work along with the therapy, this wasn't a magic fix. I had 3 sessions with Tracy over three weeks and 37 years of repetitive destructive behavior is gone. My mind is blown. It's still surreal to me that I have stopped. It turns out it wasn't a habit I needed to break, it was a coping mechanism that I needed to confront and let go of. And Tracy lead me through the entire journey. It sounds trite to say 'Tracy does life changing work' - but it's true. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Tracy!!!! - Lauren

There's no hypnotherapist training required to be licensed, no ongoing training required and no checks that you have any training prior to being licensed. And the sole requirement to keep your license is to keep your clients information confidential. Kristin doesn't list a single college degree, certification or class she completed. Her training according to her website is whatever time she spent as a patient of John Connelly and some online NLP classes. She doesn't even have a permanent office. She's not even trained by John Connelly like she claims on her website, you can go to Rapid Resolution Therapy's website and view all the trained providers, she's not trained by them. I paid Kristin $375 for one session (I paid by check so got the discount as she charges even higher rates if you use a credit card). I asked her if hypnotherapy could make me worse and she said "no." If she truly believes that hypnotherapy always helps everyone I don't think she understands what she's doing. She totally messed me up, like I couldn't talk for days or get out of bed and then when I asked her to reverse whatever she did to me she told me if I didn't like her to find another hypnotherapist and not to contact her again. I filed a complaint with the BBB asking Kristin to tell John Connelly what she did to me so he can reverse it. When I contacted John Connelly about what Kristin did to me they told me they reverse what hypnotherapists do "all the time". Unfortunately Kristin never responded to my BBB complaint. I posted a review on the My Mind Talk Facebook page about my experience, Kristin called the police and told them I was threatening to kill myself (I wasn't). So a cop showed up at my house for the first time in my life because either Kristin was so upset over the review she tried to throw me in a mental hospital as punishment for writing it or she was so concerned about me that she seriously thought I would kill myself from what she did to me, but not concerned enough to reverse what she did to me that created this problem. A few weeks later Kristin figured out how to remove the review plugin from her Facebook page so the review no longer appears. In my entire life I've never had the cops show up at my house or had someone tell me not to contact them again until I met Kristin.
