We flowed to the soothing voice of Alanna, Licensed clinical addiction counselor and Certified heart map teacher. She specializes in Yoga for recovery, focusing on grounding exercises. She helped us bring attention to our breath which is very important. At the end of class, I felt renewed and ready to face the world! I wish this place wasn't so far out...I would consider going back if I'm ever in the downtown Concord area.
