Not only are all the staff extremely friendly and very fair with everything that they do but they are also all willing to go and above and beyond what they can at least to try to make sure that you're staying experience is a good one. The beds are the by far the most comfortable that I have ever been in in any detox facility but they also have TVs in each of the rooms your family can bring you snacks and treats as long as they're sealed so no home cooking or anything like that but if it's something they can buy from the store and packaged and is not opened you are welcome to have people bring it to you to make your stay easier. Also even though I'm not a vapor I thought it was pretty cool the fact that they do allow people to bring Vapes they have to be concealed and still in the boxes which seems perfectly reasonable to me. I highly recommend this detox facility to anybody who is in need of finding help in my thoughts and prayers is with everybody out there who is suffering.​

I called to set up services for my 15-year-old…read moredaughter and was told that services could not be provided because her biological father had not signed off on them. The problem is that her biological father has been absent from her life since she was 5 years old, and his whereabouts are unknown. As the parent who has raised and cared for her for the past 10 years, it was incredibly frustrating to be told that my daughter could not receive services because consent was required from someone who has had no involvement in her life and cannot even be located. Policies should take into consideration situations involving absent parents and provide a reasonable process for custodial parents seeking care for their children. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and without any meaningful assistance or guidance on how to move forward. I hope this organization reviews its policies so that children are not denied access to services due to
