Dr. Liott is a professional, attentive and dedicated chiropractor. He always makes sure you are seen and cared for, he listens, and adjusts to ensure that your pain is relieved or eliminated. He takes the time each visit to talk with you and make sure you are improving or if you have had any issues. His staff is just as wonderful as he is. All of the technicians and the front end staff are positive and helpful. This is the second experience with this practice and I can't seem to say enough thank you to each of them. I am probably over athletic for my age. I've been working out with trainers for years. Unfortunately, a month ago the fellow I've been working with at a gym had me on a back press machine that was loaded up with too much weight, and ouch! I've been in bad shape since then. I was able to walk, but the first two weeks were constant pain, and I hardly got up during the first week. My problem was compounded by the fact that I was on vacation traveling and found myself in Sarasota FL not having the good time that I'd been looking forward to. Over the last 50+ years, I've seen many chiropractors. When I couldn't walk a while back, the chiropractor I was working with and happy with, told me that my pain was beyond anything he could handle. I looked over the reviews for multiple chiropractors in Sarasota, and Charlie Liott's stood out as the most impressive among those near where I was staying. I saw Charlie for the four days I had remaining in my time in Sarasota during which his office was open. His diagnostic process and treatments began to help me immediately. So, it turned out to be fortuitous for me to be in his neighborhood. He gave me the precise diagnosis I've been looking for over these many years, "Facet Hypertrophy." This is a fancy name for a pinched nerve, and it's not something you want to have! While I miss Charlie not only because he's an excellent chiro, but also because he's a sweetheart of a guy, I finally feel like I understand the source of the pain. I've been treating it with the chair yoga exercise routine he gave me twice a day, and that definitely helps. But, more important, I now feel I have a qualifying criteria to apply to other chiropractors, and that is going to be a helluva back saver!
