I'm 100% satisfied with the care I receive. As a final note the nurses, MAs, PAs, are out of this world. They can answer almost anything you need to know, and often do yet they still bring it up to the Dr. for the final word. Another example is when I first became a new patient, I attended a session that he led in front of other patients and when I mentioned the prior doctor I had been to, he publicly disparaged the doctor in front of everyone. Very unethical. Also, I received a statement from my insurance company showing Dr. Rice filed a claim for services he did not provide.

They told me there's a four-day waiting period to use a CT scanner at our place. You have to go to the ER. I went there because my copay is only $75. I can't afford a $500 copay at the hospital if that's not what it is, so I said screw it. I will just wing it and see what happens. If you ain't got the money to go, you don't go to the hospital. That's why I didn't go because I don't have the money. We'll see if I'm alive in a day or two, and I'll let you know.

To hear surgery patients complain about wait times is ridiculous. You can NEVER predict what time a surgery will start. If the surgeon runs into a issue during the procedure would you want him/her to throw down the instruments and push the patient aside so you can go in on time? Would you want them to do that to you? Maybe you would. Unreal. It's extremely difficult to schedule procedures and you haven't had to deal with patients showing up with their issues and last minute changes and complaints that were never discussed because the patient "forgot" or changed their mind.
