I agreed but he never asked me about any of my significant medical history or sent me any paperwork in advance to fill out. Knowing nothing about me, he took me back to the treatment room with no direction of treatment for me. I needed help for my balance issue and concussion. Instead, he put 12 needles in my legs and did moxibustion and then told me to stay still for 20-30 minutes and left the room. I managed to stay for half the time but got very dizzy and had to call him in. He became angry and refused to continue treatment and told me it's over. He collected the insurance money, the co-pay and the extra $17.00. I left his business and sat in the car for 30 minutes wondering what just happened. He couldn't have been less interested in me or my needs. I am so disappointed as I have looked forward to traditional Chinese Medicine. He did not provide that since he didn't know anything about me and did not finish the treatment. He made me leave without completing the treatment and pay the full amount! I question his personal ethics for that! I have been with 2 other Acupuncturists in another state and they were wonderful. I know for a fact that there are other good Acupuncturists on Aquidneck Island and I will pursue other treatment. This guy sadly is a quack, stay away. I am in disbelief!
