Dr. Woo won me over when he said that he felt he could straighten my lower teeth and help my bite without pulling teeth (other one wanted to pull healthy teeth). Even though Dr. Woo was more expensive, I am so pleased I chose him and his staff. They were always on time, thorough, friendly, professional and the office had great music to listen to! My teeth went over the estimated time frame (not charged more) because we all wanted them even better! I am very happy with the results and the entire journey :)

I wish I had signed on right then. Not having experience with braces or Invisalign ever in my life, I spent about a year checking out other practices. I wasted a year because no one else came near to the superb expertise of Dr. Woo. He is a 'Diamond rated top1% Invisalgin Provider'. I was originally naive to understand what that meant! My treatment lasted 2 years (wearing a retainer now for probably 4 months) and Dr. Woo went over and beyond his commitment for my contract of about 15 months. The quality of care was exceptional. He uses advanced technology for diagnostic and continuing care. The dental staff are highly trained. I always felt safe and cared for. I saw Dr.Ng in the office a couple of times also for check ups and he is excellent also. The office staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Woo and staff for any orthodontist needs you have. I can smile now with full confidence.

My youngest son just completed his first phase, and we continue to have such a great experience every time we visit. Both of my boys needed bite and jaw adjustments -- one had a strong overbite and the other had a strong underbite. Dr. Bernstein was extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful, pain-free, non-surgical job correcting both issues before continuing with braces to straighten their teeth. The results have been amazing, and we've felt confident throughout the entire process. Dr. Bernstein is honest, personable, and professional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and truly cares about his patients and their families. The office staff is always welcoming and friendly. Even though they see so many patients, they still remember my kids and ask about events or activities we talked about at previous visits. That personal touch makes every appointment feel more comfortable and makes you feel like more than just another patient. I recommend this orthodontics office to anyone and everyone looking for quality care and a genuinely kind team. We're already looking forward to going back in 3 months for my youngest son's check-up and to evaluate when he'll be ready for phase 2!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. What a kind, competent, and genuinely good natured team…read more I broke a tooth and put off taking care of it for as long as I could, which of course became an emergency on a Saturday. I called Syal Family Dentistry after finding them on Google, unsure of what kind of nightmare would unfold trying to get a dental appointment on a Saturday afternoon (of a holiday weekend). Dr. Syal answered right away, was flexible about what time I could be there, and right off the bat made me feel like I was dealing with competent professionals, rather than some front-desk chick straight out of whatever online dental program she squeaked through last semester, still waiting for the ink to dry on her "certificate of completion." When I arrived, they didn't look surprised to see me despite just having got off the phone with me, as many Dentist/Doctor's visits go. They took me back and Dr. Syal did an awesome job of explaining the X-rays, explaining my options clearly, and answering any questions. They never once made me feel rushed, or seemed frustrated that it was the end of the afternoon on a Saturday and I'm sure they didn't want to spend their weekend digging around in my mouth. She was also very thorough in asking me about allergies, medications, etc. even though I had filled out that information on their convenient online forms beforehand. But, this is good because it shows that they actually care about getting this information, and getting it correct. (My girlfriend with a latex allergy has had more than one dentist/assistant completely ignore her chart, or her telling one of the staff members about it, and walked over and shoved latex gloves in her mouth. Then gone so far as to get angry with her about it as she's struggling to breathe...) I don't really leave reviews unless my experience somewhere was really good (or, really bad) and this was not just a good dentist experience (the bar is pretty low there) but a genuinely good customer experience all around. Doctor's offices even should be looking to the Syal's for guidance about how to operate. When I left, they both explained what I needed to do clearly, until my next appointment (which was booked promptly and soon) and went so far as to tell me that if I had anything come up between now and then, that I could text or call their cell! I mean that is absolutely unheard of anywhere. Once the lido wore off, I haven't had even the slightest pain since. I have had CLEANINGS that hurt more than this emergency root canal did. I can't recommend this place enough, there is really nowhere else like it.

First of all, I was able to get an appointment for the week after I called. When signing up for the appointment Sofia let me know she needed 5-10 min to get info, setting clear expectations for the call. I'm very busy on work calls during the day so this actually made a big deal to me. When we arrived, I hadn't filled out the paperwork. No worries, she says I could fill it out while there. (They have branded pens to use) Most importantly, she instantly made my 8 year old comfortable with a huge smile, promise of treats after the appointment, and explanations given directly to her about what was going to happen. They have a modern X-ray machine great for kids that doesn't involve as many mouth contortions. The dentist came in and explained to us what she was seeing. She had a very nice, calm demeanor. She asked insightful questions and, in the end, recommended we wait and see. She didn't want to do two sets of braces - now and later. She noticed some gum inflammation that the dentist didn't mention the week before and gave us new blue toothpaste that would help my daughter identify where to brush. Sofia was able to check my insurance and provide estimates for what the recommended approach would cost. When we left my daughter grabbed an icy pop (a slightly strange treat leaving a dentist). When we were in the car on the way home she asked when we could go back. I call that a resounding success since she has disliked the dentist her whole little life. Oh and they also sent a satisfaction survey addressed to her.

Five minutes later, my daughter was happy as can be and I was on my way back to dropping her off at school. All in all it was about 45 minutes I was gone from work. I definitely recommend this place. There was someone shadowing and the main tech didn't say anything, about that until I had to ask if they were training during my session and then she acknowledged it with " Oh yes she is shadowing, sorry I should have told you that sooner." Most of the staff looks like they're under twenty five and from a business standpoint when I see that it makes me think that the owner of the business is not paying them that high which would make more experienced candidates go somewhere else. While I think the whole esthetic of it looking like a zoo is great for kids, this is not a good place for adults. Orthodontics are expensive, it is difficult to get around that, however considering that my teeth weren't that bad (I had braces as a child), was coming in for a bite misalignment and TMJ pain, Doctor said "You have a great smile, your bite isn't that bad, that being said fixing your bite should reduce or possibly change your clenching issue..." The price for visiline was outrageous. They quoted me out about 6000 thousand USD. They're advertisements in the sales room claiming that their smiles are better than their competitors is False. In one of the posters, the model is using a facial technique to make it seem like there smile is flat when really they are moving their mouth and jaw akwardly. I used to be a professional model, so I can tell when the model in the photograph is doing weird things with their face. I would shop around before you choose this place. I rarely make reviews. Only when I love or dislike a place. But so many staff their were just unprofessional that I just had to write this.
