I do have a comment. I do understand it was an open transport. The car was part of 3 cars delivered…read moreand was loaded last. The car was returning from an exhaustive and expensive detailing job. It was covered in snowstorm road grime, assuming from the rear axles as my car was on the angle. The other two cars ahead looked clean. The other two cars were late model, next time the driver should get instruction from you guys to load the detailed classic car first. I don't know the situation with the other cars, but I thought I saw auction stickers. Operations knows which cars are getting shipped. I would have liked a "reverse tip" to having to detail the car again. Openness and communication were positives. Their timing was pretty accurate. They were able to resolve a payment on delivery issue instead of returning the shipment back to me. Shop that was doing the work got wired the money after for the whole project, but refused to pay before. They have my car....weird. On return, the way the car was tied down radially by each tire was great. The return driver was a nice guy; was supposed to give an update after noontime. I got a call at/after 10PM saying he's here. I couldn't receive the antique as I was already home. He couldn't unload the car. I understand they're not mechanics, but if they got the car on the ramps, I shouldn't have to get it fueled and jump-started off. Return driver on pickup allegedly showed up after closing hours and was knocking on the wrong address. Pickup driver caught an issue with the shop. Sad, but good thing he called ahead and gave me time to fix instead of cancelling/waiting. Then seemingly complained about a flat tire. Just air it. I didn't see him load it so I don't know how that went. On delivery there was a issue with the shop, but that is on the shop. They allege he left the car on until it ran out of gasoline, before that wanted to drop the car off at the end of the block. There was a language barrier. If you try to get an initial lower price, you'll get blacklisted

I was referred to this place by someone and it was a huge disappointment. the Person who set up the…read moreservice was too laid back and the driver was extremely RUDE. I moved to another state and had to be without a car for 2 days after being promised my car will arrive on the scheduled date. At the scheduled time of pick up we kept calling the driver but no response for almost 2 days. All the person said was "I apologize" vs calling me and accommodating me financially or some type of acknowledgement of poor service. Funny how these companies want full payment but offer poor customer service. I wasnt looking for free service but just good communication. Believe me, you will be disappointed as well.
