Richard was incredibly patient and good at answering all my questions. He responded quickly to my texts and calls. He was flexible around my schedule. Two things impressed me the most: 1) Quality if the containment--I went in after the after the air clearance test passed, and EVERYTHING was covered, neatly taped, protective layer and plastic over the floor. 2) Cleanliness when done--the 50 year old framing looked like new boards!! Everything picked up and cleaner than when they started. Thank you! I'll share a few pictures from during (me looking through the side window, after air clearance, and after all cleaned up)

As a first-time home owner, something like this can be overwhelming and stressful, but the great folks at AES made this an easy experience! They left our home sparkling clean. My husband and I were even able to work in another room while they worked because they were so quiet! I hope I won't need asbestos testing or abatement services again, but if I ever do, I'm calling AES.

Had another protocol done by different company and used their recommendation to do the protocol, $9,200. The money speaks for itself. The owner response is inaccurate. I don't see a way on here to respond to him. I will not post my home address on here. But, if he'd like to check his books for the report he wrote on 12/1 for the buyer, G Lazor, I'm sure he will find it.

In Texas, inspections and remediation are done by 2 different parties, so any level of intervention can get complex and costly. All Mold Pro was very quick to respond, very ethical and diligent and very responsive. Glad to have worked this with them.

He's also on a very limited retirement income that often doesn't cover his expenses and groceries for the entire month (I usually end up helping him out until he gets his retirement check). His hoarding had reached a critical level and something had to be done. Other hauling services charged a lot more for smaller loads, and often were unresponsive to returning calls or scheduling/keeping appointments. This company, however, was responsive and professional. They showed up promptly, worked quickly, and did so with a level of compassion that really touched my heart. They were able to free up enough space for my father to be able to safely use his electric heater and have easier access to his back door. There's still a lot more to be done, and when we have more money saved up this will be the only company we call. They're simply amazing!
