I had a protocol written by them and used their recommendation for doing the protocol. $24,000. Insurance reviewed the protocol and determined it was excessive. Had another protocol done by different company and used their recommendation to do the protocol, $9,200. The money speaks for itself. The owner response is inaccurate. I don't see a way on here to respond to him. I will not post my home address on here. But, if he'd like to check his books for the report he wrote on 12/1 for the buyer, G Lazor, I'm sure he will find it. read more

We had a minor scare in our house due to humidity damage and needed inspections and potentially remediation support. In Texas, inspections and remediation are done by 2 different parties, so any level of intervention can get complex and costly. All Mold Pro was very quick to respond, very ethical and diligent and very responsive. I strongly feel they were the right people to address our situation with and I feel we were able to do the right level of work due to their expertise and project coordination. As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.
