Ashley is my hairdresser at Headlines, and I can't say enough good things about her and the Salon. Ashley always does exactly what I request, and she works very hard to ensure that I am happy and satisfied. This is a quality that is very hard to find. There is a direct relationship to how I feel and how well Ashley has taken care of me, it is always fantastic. The services that Ashley has provided to me are haircuts, trims, colors, and highlights. Each time I was very happy, and she also uses quality products, I sense that she feels only the best is good enough for her customers. She doesn't just go by the fact that it is expensive either, she cares about quality and takes the time to find out for herself what is good quality. I think the best example of how I feel about Ashley's services is that the last time I was there, I said "whatever you think is best is fine with me"!! I shocked myself even. Ada is not the owner of Headlines, but she treats her clients as if she owned the salon. Top-notch service! I was new to Headlines Salon, and normally it takes two or three visits before a new stylist gets use to your head of hair and does the job as good as the previous stylist. However, I was very happy that Ada cut my hair perfectly on the first visit. In fact, my haircut was the best cut I've ever had. She usually gives me a wash, hair cut, and style, but I've never had any other service done here. The price is decent, especially since she does such a good job. i have kind of frizzy, very thick hair that can really look bad if a hair cut goes wrong, but ada knows my hair well and I always come to her. read more

I followed Ada to this salon from her previous one. She always does a great job, and is as nice as can be. Headlines is a cute little salon, and not at all pretentious. Any time I call to make an appointment, whoever answers the phone is always friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. There's a little lot behind the building, but I never use it... I would give this place zero stars if possible. I had a reaction to the dye. I am a chemo pt.Both Ada who did my hair and the owner refused to take any responsiblity. I was told it was not their problem. . Needless to say I will not go back and I advise other people to stay away. This place was really not that good. Even the receptionist was a little smug and impatient sounding when I was asking about the different stylists. I had my roots and highlights done by Ada, she did a perfect job, exactly what i wanted. She is so very nice. Headlines is great i used to go in there 10 years ago when i was in highschool and was great then and still is. The price is reasonable at headlines, i went into cinema secrets, and they quoted me a ridiculous price for highlights. I went to get my eyebrows done with Parvin and they look amazing! It's a miracle considering I've been told my eyebrows are extremely difficult to shape and manage. Other people I have gone to gave me a bad shape that didn't suit my face or my two eyebrows weren't even at all. Not only did she clean and save my uneven brows, she gave me a shape that suits me great without having to make it super thin, which I was afraid was the only way to make them even again. I was very Impressed with this salon. I was trying to find a place but I was limited on when I could go so I would be a walk in. Due to my schedule I dont know when I have time. I was about to give up when I saw Headlines and decided to give it a try. I wanted something that was reasonable in price as well as experienced hair dressers. This salon was it for me. All i needed was a cut and blow out but my hair is pretty long. I wanted to go a little longer than shoulder length. Ada worked her magic and I was super amazed. I got my perfect length and cut.
