Disappointing. I went in for just a trim, and came out with a botched haircut. The right side of my hair is now longer then the left, and my front pieces are totally uneven. My stylist couldn't figure out how to make the right front piece match the left and ended up making it look way worse. Unfortunately going to have to let this bad haircut grow out and then try someone new. This is an affordable place, but it's worth spending more money to go somewhere else that will do a better job. read more

Came in Summer of 2022. Hair down to my butt. Pandemic kept me from feeling comfortable with going to salons. Ask to keep the length, but put a bunch of layers in it to get movement. Even showed pictures. Girl seemed confident and begun. Begun cutting in a almost reverse layering approach. The whole time I was sitting there like wtf? Hoping this is a "new" thing stylist have learned. But, no. It was written in her face as she tried to style it in a manner to hide her complete botched hair cut. I mean butchered my long healthy hair. I was mortified and traumatized. I called owner 30mins later and went back in for her to see. She openly agreed that it was just a bad bad haircut. She couldn't even shape it or it seriously would have been to my ears. She apologized and offered refund. I declined refund, but in return asked if she could help shape it once I grow it back. Well, today 9mos later, I call to ask about her help in shaping it up. It took 9mos to grow it half way back out. She was very reluctant in even remembering incident, then says well yeah I remember something like that, but I'm not going to take care of you a year after it happened. I reiterated it took this long to grow out, but didn't want to come in if this was the way I was going to be treated. I was already traumatized from first experience. Fool me once. I should have written this review then, but was giving grace as shit does happen. By the way it was so bad that even my co-workers were embarrassed for me and I couldn't even pull it back to hide it. At least I told them where not to go. Bad service. Unprofessional. Please don't. read more

Suzi is awesome! She always does a great job and I usually feel like a movie star when I'm leaving, she always makes me look wonderful. The first time I saw her I just briefly explained the color I wanted and she didn't bring out any hair swatches or anything like a lot of colorists, she just went in the back, mixed something up and started applying it and it turned out perfect. Most places tend to make my hair so dark so I have to let it fade for a while. The last time I went in I showed her a picture of a cut I found and wanted to try and when she was done, my hair looked almost exactly like the photo. That rarely happens. I recently decided to try their brow waxing and it was the fastest most painless waxing experience ever, and they came out perfect. This is the only place I will trust with my hair! read more

I came in here while on vacation desperately needing a haircut. I got my hair cut by Suzy who was REALLY great and super nice. I had had a very short haircut back in August (it was Feb. when I went in) and it took a long time to just grow out a little bit. I was at the point of wanting to grow it out and not sure how to get rid of the old style that had grown out and looked goofy. She asked me lots of questions and knew my kind of hair well (fine) and gave me a great, modern cut.
