I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this towing company. I placed the tow order at 1:30…read morePM and was told they'd arrive by 3:30 PM. When they still hadn't shown up by 4:45 PM, I called for an update. The person answering was immediately rude and dismissive. When I asked for an ETA, he cut me off mid-sentence and threw out a vague "about an hour" just to brush me off, without actually confirming anything. After that call, they started ignoring my number entirely. When I called again at 5:15 PM, they wouldn't answer. I had to use No Caller ID just to get through--completely unprofessional. When they finally picked up, the same person answered with an even worse attitude. As I explained that I was on a college campus and the driver might have trouble finding me, he cut me off mid-sentence with a dismissive, "he has your number." When I calmly asked him not to interrupt me, he mockingly replied, "I will cut you off as much as I want to," then hung up with a "bye." I waited 2 more hours and decided to cancel and have my uncle look at it in the morning. No car assistance is worth such disrespect. Not only was the company two hours late with no updates, but their customer service was outright hostile. Being treated with such disrespect and disregard made my car issues 10x worse. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
