The team sent to clean my house was extremely thorough and made me feel like I could actually start moving in. Beyond that, the owner contacted me to thank me for supporting his business. Maybe it's just because I am coming from the west coast, but I thought, who takes the time to contact their customers like that? It was so thoughtful. As I get settled, I plan to take advantage of other services this company provides. Their customer service is top notch.

Our driveway is beautiful and has added value to our property. The estimate that we received from this company just WOW'd us. There was info included on what we should look for and consider while choosing a contractor as well as questions to ask all the estimators that we had not considered before receiving this estimate. Here's the reason we chose this company, the packet of information that was sent with the estimate was so helpful, being able to see the results of their work, they did some work at my local grocery store and their competitive pricing. The crew was scheduled to arrive at 7:30am and pulled into my drive at 7:36 am, impressive. The crew got busy immediately and worked together like a fine oiled machine, each member responsible for their specific job, prepping the drive for the hot asphalt. When the prep work was close to completion two trucks headed out for fresh hot asphalt and arrived about 30 min. later. The guys got busy spreading and rolling out the asphalt and completed the job by 11:45am. They even went around the entire job once finished to clean up any rocks or other debris left behind in the grass. My hubby and I are so impressed with the quality of workmanship this crew has.

This company gets 5 stars from me (more if it was allowed) on their customer service, knowledge of their craft and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately Buckeye Surface Maintenance did not provide good service and quality of work. I…read moreconsulted with Buckeye regarding re-striping lines and numbering for 116 parking spaces about 4 months before the project needed to be completed. Their office communicated certain days over the phone and sent differing days via email. I was charged for the miscommunication. Upon starting the job, they realized the number stencils they had did not match although they walked the parking area twice before scheduling work. Instead of communicating, they painted the numbers above the old numbers and did not offer to remove them or make real adjustments to the invoice. My staff now has to undo about 45 numbers that were painted. A $665 invoice has increased to $956 without any accountability or acknowledgment of the issues. Would not recommend unless you like surprises. There was no mention that some lines would be off yellow and some would be white.
