Our Journey with JLC Landscaping Our project began with accepting and negotiating quotes for our landscape project. Jeff Cerny from JLC landscaping provided a value bid we found acceptable. The project was 95 % successful. Jeff was supposed to return the following spring to clean up some items that were left incomplete due to fall weather. After several attempts to reach Jeff early spring (emails, text messages...) our efforts fell on deaf ears. While out on the town one Saturday, we bumped into Jeff and asked him about his lack of communication, he denied receiving any communication from us. At that point he sheepishly exited our conversation/encounter. So Jeff has earned 2 stars, due to his lack of accountability. His crew gets 4 stars for the excellent work that was completed. The days of men doing what they said they would do are quickly fading away. We would not hire JLC again nor would we refer his services. It's business principle. read more

Moved into newly built lot and over the last year JLC has installed pop-up drains on all downspouts, 25 head sprinkler system in entire lawn, installed 5 Norway spruce and giant wood chip bed, top soiled and hydroseeded entire lawn, installed amazing back patio and firepit area with sitting wall as well as capped pillars, and now this season they installed rock beds around house and black mulch beds with various plants and small trees. Everything looks great they work extremely efficiently and have a great eye for detail. All very reasonably priced when compared to other companies giving much higher estimates. Will for sure continue service with JLC. read more

Not only did JLC do exactly what I asked them to do on my property, but they were professional and kind, and wow, what a difference they made in the aesthetic of my yard! The trees, flowers, and mulch add such beauty. I love looking out my window and knowing others see what I see. Also, they are not the most expensive company from whom I was quoted for the exact same work. They were referred to me by a friend, and I couldn't be happier. I've had JLC come out multiple times a year for a multitude of different projects. Not only are they great at what they do, their prices are unmatched. They recreated my landscape, repaired the lawn/soil damage around a new driveway, spring clean, and mulch. I have them back every year to spring clean, dead head, edge my beds and mulch.
