Absolute worst tile I've ever experienced in any home I've ever owned or been a part of period…read more Filed a warranty claim after a small socket weighing .2 ounces fell off of a counter and chipped my tile and two spots. I then realized the tile would chip extremely easy. They sent out one of their guys to check it out who was clearly biased and could care less about doing anything other than disproving that it was their fault. I had to remind him to take Pictures of the initial damage as he went around, trying to prove everything from improper humidity levels during install, to tile that was not level. The battles to any claims were hilarious. Please explain to me how unlevel tile causes it to chip in the center of a piece of tile when a small tool drops on it. Absolutely inferior product. I can literally retake a piece of tile out of the package, set it on the floor, and chip the center of it with very little effort. Luckily it was the first and last time I would ever make a purchase at the store again, or do any business with them following the joke of a warranty process. The warranty was definitely only as good as the business and in this case that was not very good in my opinion.

Standard Plumbing Supply, Oakhurst: 2024 Dec 20 (4 of 5)…read more What a find! A wholesale plumbing supply store that has a look and feel of a bar. There are stools at the check-out counter and the store carries everything from plumbing, contractor supplies, copper, and everything else you can imagine for jobs big and small. This place is incredible: everything is stored in order. The store is neat and clean. David assisted me. The service is good. There's also a FULL showroom with sinks, tubs, toilets, vanities and fixtures from all the big names. It's extensive! This place wasn't easy to find, but I'm glad we found it.

We initially planned on going with laminate, but he recommended LVP--and we couldn't be happier that we listened. We chose the Coretec 8mm Eastoak, and we love the texture, how comfortable it feels underfoot, and that it stayed within our budget. Adrian was also very patient while we explored island countertop options. The in-store selection was limited, so he kindly ordered one for us to view. Although the warehouse was a bit far and we ultimately went elsewhere for more on-site options, we still appreciated his effort and support. Our contractor, John from J's Flooring, who was recommended to us by Adrian, did an amazing job with the installation. He and his crew completed everything in just three days. They were professional, efficient, and even move our heavy furniture. John is also very knowledgeable--he had recommended LVP as well and even left us with a thinner sample during our initial quote, which we appreciated. We are so happy we no longer have carpet in the house. It makes such a big difference. Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with how everything turned out.
