This place my husband found online was very close to home, which made it super convenient. They had…read morea wide variety of selections, including cabinets, which we really appreciated. We chose the Calatta Bulgari, it had the gold and vines that was not overwhelming, it's very pretty. We were able to choose a countertop for our island, but it was stored in the back and covered in plastic. Even when it was pulled out slightly, we didn't get a full, close-up view. In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice.

My experience from here is when I ordered more driveway rock for the house. After one visit to the…read morebusiness I found a nice rock that basically matched the house paint color. I ordered what I needed from the onsite office and had them deliver the rock for a small (local delivery) fee. Before unloading the rock the driver asked if I want it in a pile or spread out (pick spread out) if you are doing a driveway it makes for less time raking out. You will thank me after your done raking out the rock, believe me. The whole process was quick and easy (except the labor part). There is a decent selection of bark, rock and soil at the business. I would definitely recommend Rosenbalm for having good prices and the availability of materials. Real People Real Reviews, JC..

We initially planned on going with laminate, but he recommended LVP--and we couldn't be happier that we listened. We chose the Coretec 8mm Eastoak, and we love the texture, how comfortable it feels underfoot, and that it stayed within our budget. Adrian was also very patient while we explored island countertop options. The in-store selection was limited, so he kindly ordered one for us to view. Although the warehouse was a bit far and we ultimately went elsewhere for more on-site options, we still appreciated his effort and support. Our contractor, John from J's Flooring, who was recommended to us by Adrian, did an amazing job with the installation. He and his crew completed everything in just three days. They were professional, efficient, and even move our heavy furniture. John is also very knowledgeable--he had recommended LVP as well and even left us with a thinner sample during our initial quote, which we appreciated. We are so happy we no longer have carpet in the house. It makes such a big difference. Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with how everything turned out.
