We assumed everything was fine. The very next morning I turned the shower on... Flood. Unfortunately we had a family emergency out of town, so we weren't able to address this issue again until yesterday. Jeff came out again. Not only did he charge us full price again since 'everything was working when he left', when the problem was clearly not fixed. It was $85 more expensive this time around. Fast forward to today... We've used the shower twice and that bathroom maybe 5 times total... It's flooding AGAIN. So we clearly won't be bothering with this plumbing service in the future. We're out over $400 and nothing has been fixed. Thanks Jeff! For the record, as I stated.. We had this problem once about 2.5 years ago and a similar thing happened where it appeared fixed but started flooding again the next day. The plumber came out and didn't charge us for anything when he came back out to fix it because 'the job wasn't done'. And the original cost was considerably less than one service from Jeff. Unfortunately for us, that plumber retired.

They told me that because this home builder glued everything, I would need a plumber and quietly recommended this place. I placed a call and Angel came out the next morning. Showed him both problems, the other being an overflow issue with the dishwasher. He told me how to fix that issue and within 30 minutes sent a quote. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150. I called them to get a second opinion about a failing AC unit…read more First company deemed the condenser as faulty and said it needs to be replaced, on site initial quote was $5000, which later turned into $12,000 replacement. Andrew from allbritten showed up and discover the whole issue was a chewed up data cable. He worked his wonders for few hours, restored the system and then worked his magic with his superiors to get us an amazing price !!!!
