This morning typifies their service...I called the office at 7:21am because our pump was only putting out a fraction of its normal capacity. I was assured that technicians would be out today to evaluate the problem. In less than half an hour, Bruce showed up to identify the problem--looked like they would need to pull the pump. Even though their crews were scattered around the valley, they managed to get a three person crew with vehicle to our location this morning. While the office coordinated to dispatch a crew to our location, Bruce unselfishly drove to Fresno to get a pump that would be needed for the repair so that I would have water today! After more investigation and troubleshooting, the technicians determined the problem and repaired the issue...all before 1pm. I am so pleased with their concern for me having water before a long weekend. They made every effort to diagnose and solve my water issues with the shortest amount of downtime.
