Their scheduling was an absolute nightmare--disorganized, constantly shifting, and showing zero respect for my time. To make matters worse, the electricians walked off the property and left the job completely unfinished. It was a massive, exhausting struggle just to get them to address it, and in the end, they flat-out refused to complete the work we originally contracted for. Instead, they handed me a ridiculously low credit for the unfinished portion--an amount so insultingly small that I can't even hire another licensed electrician to come out and finish the job for that price. It is incredibly unprofessional to contract a project, walk away from it, and leave the customer financially stranded to fix your mess. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.
