History
Established in 2004.
With over 40 years’ worth of experience in managing client accounts of numerous midsize to large companies, some highlights of James G. Johansen’s many accomplishments include achievements in surpassing his sales goal volume, critical skill sets involving operational sales training, product positioning, territorial management, CPA marketing, and strategic business analysis. His diverse background in several sectors includes working with private companies, public companies, non-profit organizations, and educational foundations.
For the last year, Mr. Johansen has held the position of HCM Advisor for an industry leader, TelePayroll, Inc. This follows 39 years of various management positions at both Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Paychex.
James is proud to have a Bachelors of Administration degree in Business Administration from Parsons College in Fairfield, Iowa.
