First I promise I truly HATE to type (what with all the grammar and spelling concerns)...However my experience with Casarra and Whitaker Garage Doors has forced my hand. To say I was thrilled is a understatement. Not only did my research as to the best door HAAS pay off it led me to an exceptional company the truly takes prides in all aspects of a job well done. NO kidding from the very inception Cassarra was the consumate professional in fact she under promised and over delivered. I had no ides that by default they use the best hardware and super safe systems. What other companies charge as upgrades is there norm. SO ON TOP OF EVERYTHING they were the best VALUE, Virtually everyday as I now drive up to my new doors and open the whisper quiet system I remain impressed. I am certain all of the workers are detail driven and take great pride in their work, Hector was certainly an exemplar of that. It was transformational to see how 1 man completed this with NO mess and still patience in reviewing everything with me after a long hard day of work. Seriously if considering Garage Doors read reviews on the manufactures believe me I OBSESSED over this for weeks, Including obtaining 4 estimates and watching numerous you tube videos. I even opted to visit the Whitaker showroom all of which confirmed my decision. Bottom line now 1 week post completion l remain not just satisfied with my WAY TO MUCH research I feel like I have found the golden fleece as all of my expectations were exceeded. read more

These ppl are thieves. No ethics. No concern for their employees. They steal from their employees. The married owners constantly fight with each other creating a hostile working environment. And when I say fight let me just tell you FIGHT!!!! Throwing phones, throwing/swiping everything off theirs desks to the floor, dragging their employees into their argument to 'prove' their point to each other. Last year they let the employees know that they weren't going to give bonuses this year bc they were remodeling their kitchen and couldn't afford bonuses. After going on a $20,000 vacation to Aruba. And besides that, they ask to be paid in cash whenever possible to dodge paying taxes. They bring in $100-$150 thousand dollars a year in cash and it all goes to the owners $100 bill collection (no joke). Oh and it also pays their weekend employees under the table. Steer clear. Very fast, fair and professional service. The HB Whitaker Garage Door family business runs like a well-oiled machine and has serviced my garage doors for many years. They recently had their installation pro named Willy install two new LiftMaster WLED Ultra-quiet belt drive garage door opener's. He left the place like new after connecting up the new units and provided a comprehensive explanation of all the new technology features including Wi-Fi and smart phone integration. Their entire crew and team have been extremely reliable and efficient and made this entire process enjoyable. I had attempted to reinstall an old garage door. Once realizing there was more involved than I thought, I called Whittaker. The repairman Willy was prompt and courteous. He used many of the parts I had already purchased. The springs I had bought were the wrong size, he had the right ones on the truck. The cables I had were old and needed replacement. Whitaker Garage Doors have come and done garage doors on several properties where I have done work. They do great work and are easy to work with.
