When he arrived he asked what issues I was having then he looked and made suggestion as to what liked it need. Ended up replacing springs, multiple cables and the pulleys. He also reprogrammed the door opener, lubricated the tracks, the door rollers and retightened all the bolts. They also prove a 3 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor. They were SO helpful in explaining our options that would work for our budget AND not sacrifice function. It was a long complicated job given the terrible shape the doors were in when we bought the house, but the new doors are amazing. I've had them about a month and everything works well. I could not be happier. They honestly worked so hard given it was a small, budget conscious job on our end and they helped fix up some of the frame issues and insane gaps.
