They don't know what they are doing. I bought a used car out of state from a dealer. I brought a ton of paperwork to transfer the title and get it registered. They refused my application to title my car .They wanted me to get an affidavit with the odometer reading when the first owner sold the car to the dealer. Why? The dealer could have driven the car on test drives and put more miles on it. The staff at Hazel Dell Auto License needs to get more training. I went to the Clark County Auto Licensing Office Vancouver right after and had my plates in 30 minutes. read more

Sierra at Hazel Dell Auto License has an excellent knowledge base, problem solving skill set, efficiency, and professionalism that far exceeded my expectations. I have also obtained service in other Auto License services and by far Sierra is exceptional. I prefer to obtain service through this particular office because of Sierra's exceptional service and professionalism. I have referred church members to drive to Hazel Dell as it is worth the drive for the service Sierra provides. Also my elderly dad obtained help from Sierra. He speaks minimal English and mistakenly signed the wrong line on his title document and she called the Head Olympia Office to solve the problem. Amazing act of kindness. I give this establishment 1 star because there is nothing less to give. The most rude group of frustrated women with an air of importance that does not befit there lousy service. They seem to think they are doing you a favor in stead of their fricken job. Never before have I been so pissed off at a government agency and I've worked in government most of my life. If you have business that relates to DMV, you might want to save time and let the friendly folks at Hazel Dell Auto License Agency handle it. I've been a longtime customer. The fee they charge is reasonable and small-- given the time and stress you save. Today, LISA was an-all star. I had a simple question that I wanted answered before driving to the office, so I called in at opening time and was immediately placed on hold - no problem, I understand they just opened. I waited for 15 minutes before using my daughters cell phone to call in from another line and I was immediately placed on hold again. With two lines simultaneously on hold, I waited another 10 minutes before finally deciding to just drive there in person while still on the calls. Upon arrival 15 minutes later, I hung up both phones, which by that time had been holding for 40 and 25 minutes consecutively!! I entered the office, which had 2 women on staff, and there were 3 people standing in line in addition to the 2 currently being helped - okay they were busy, I get that, however under NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER should a business put someone on hold for long periods of time, especially to then just forget about them - much less TWICE IN A ROW. Horrible horrible phone service and only mediocre customer service in person. read more
