Every time I need anything from a boat launch to a dock bumper they take care of me ! They go above and beyond even if it's something they don't offer they'll provide you with the directions to get to someone that does! That's a rare find especially with such a demanding business climate and such a short season! 12stars read more

We lost a tire off our boat trailer this morning while driving. We had it towed to Hazard Marine and the staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. They were able to make the repairs and get us back in the road fast. Thank you!!! read more

Would never work with such a rude owner! Needed recall service on our boat and, while the kit was ordered, she indicated that she "lost" or sent our kit back to the company! Just very, very passive-aggressive and rude b/c we didn't understand the process. Beware and take your business elsewhere! read more

No rating! Absolutely terrible service, their knowledge of repairing boats is beyond upsetting! They are truly not truthful! Take your boat elsewhere! read more

I brought my 30-year-old trailer to hazard marine for assessment and reconditioning. It was easy to drop off the trailer and they inspected it right away. After they assessed it they made recommendations for reconditioning. They replaced springs, removed part of the rusted yolk and installed replacement steel. Additionally, they replaced my non-functioning side lights and inspected and repacked my wheel hubs. There work was done quickly and thoroughly. It was easy to pick up the trailer. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional and friendly service. If you need trailer work done, this is the place to go! read more

I was in Hazard Marine this morning for a purchase. When I entered the store I met an old friend who was there as well. We spoke for a few minutes discussing our shared brotherhood in the Marine Corps and my Law enforcement career, health etc. We parted ways and I made a purchase along with a few other items. When I went to pay for the additional items (which was not cheap) the woman at the counter spoke with another woman ( I apologize for lack of names) , she then handed me a receipt and told me I was all set. She then thanked me for my service in the Marines and Law Enforcement. I was not expecting this but will say it was a very nice gesture. It has been a tough time not only for our Military but for Law Enforcement, I am not trying to steer anyone or influence what or where you buy. I and only sharing my experience with the kind people at Hazard Marine. They did not need to do this, I did not need a break for the items, I certainly felt like humanity may have a chance. Thank you to everyone at Hazard Marine for being good people. Doug Tripp read more

Recently purchased a cargo trailer here. They were fantastic to deal with. Not pushy. Fair prices. Answered all of my questions since I am new to towing anything and walked me through hooking it up very slowly and patiently while explaining. They met me when it was convenient for me to pick it up also. I highly recommend. read more

Can't thank dean and Jeff enough, they under took my sea nymph gls 175 transom repair which I thought was too shot to repair, not only did they repair the transom perfect they also went out of there way replacing steering cable and livewell pump saving me time to finish my deck before fishing season..they have a customer for life..dean,jeff,and Mary were a pleasure to do business with and very very professional..thanks again to hazards marine read more

I purchased a new pontoon boat, was charged a setup fee and when the boat was delivered, the radio speakers had engine backfeed. After a few calls nothing was done nor did they seem concerned. I brought the radio to them to try in another boat. Approximately a month later, dean did bring the radio back and stated it was tested and it was fine. They did find out the boat had a bad speaker. They did get the speaker to work temporarily, but it knocked out the system again within an hour. I emailed Mary and requested new speakers under warranty and I would even pick them up and install them so they would not be bothered. No response to my email or follow up emails. I have had good luck with hazard for parts ordering, not so much for customer service with a new boat. read more

After calling three times for a call back for service I called another local marina instead. Mary was a rude individual who couldn't be bothered with customer service. All I wanted to know is if they had any availability for services. I had to call three times and still no response. When I called the fourth time Mary stated I only talked to you once today. Well that was 8 hours ago lady and inexcusable. Save your time and headache and drive the few miles to lake view marina instead. I will never go here. EVER read more

I run a community sailing organization in Worcester. An engine died on my safety launch. After shopping around in Worcester, I drove to Hazard Marine and they took care of me! I had a replacement engine ready to go the next morning. I would absolutely recommend Dean to anyone! read more

I took my Yamaha Jetski to them, it was hard to start. Hazard pointed out that there was a factory fix which the dealer had ignored. Hazard knew all about it and it was now like a new boat. Also took a Chris Craft reproduction wooden/inboard boat there with the same experience. He had us fixed instantly at no cost!! read more

I needed a few yamaha parts to get my boat up and running this past Sunday, 5/29. Anyways, I was pleased that they had Sunday hours and all of the parts that I needed to get me out on the water. Good size facility , helpful people, and prices of parts were reasonable too. Thanks read more
