BEWARE! I paid $300…read moreto have my toilet repaired because it was running constantly, and unfortunately the problem was not fixed. The toilet continued to run after the service, even though I had clearly explained the issue beforehand. What made the experience even more frustrating was the response when I contacted the plumber afterward. I expected a professional effort to correct the problem, especially after paying $300, but instead I felt the situation was handled very casually. A constantly running toilet can waste a substantial amount of water and lead to a much higher water bill, so this was not a minor inconvenience. I paid for a repair specifically to stop that problem, and I am very disappointed that I was left dealing with the same issue and the potential added expense. I gave the company an opportunity to address the problem, but based on both the unresolved repair and the way my concerns were handled afterward, I would not recommend this business.
